About Dr Ania Gruszczynska

DSCF2373I coach people who have big goals – like finishing a PhD, transitioning into a fulfilling job or finally getting that big project off the ground. My special interest is in supporting PhD students and PhD graduates to help them meet their goals and become more creative and fulfilled on their academic as well as non-academic journeys.

I bring into coaching my experience of completing a PhD in sociology and a subsequent transition into the IT sector, combining an academic background and practical experience in project management and Human Resources. I published extensively on topics related to online teaching and learning and have been featured as an expert in the area of career advice for PhD students and graduates on leading education publications such as jobs.ac.uk and Wiley Exchanges.

As a keen long-distance runner and somebody who has successfully completed close to twenty marathons and races as long as 100km, I know a thing or two about setting and accomplishing ambitious goals and bring that passion into my practice.
